Kevin Frazier currently serves as Senior Director of Strategy in the Office of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion at Walmart Inc. – a position he has held since November 2015. He and his team are responsible for shaping the company’s global strategy and programs aimed at fulfilling Walmart’s vision of “Everyone Included”, and realizing its enterprise objective of increasing the diversity and inclusiveness of its leadership and work environment. In addition to strategy, Kevin is responsible for program management of Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), data analytics related to D&I scorecards and dashboards, and inclusive leadership education.
A veteran of the US. Army, Kevin served as an Army Reconnaissance Scout before embarking on a 30+ year career in the private sector. His experience encompasses various portfolio management positions with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 corporations in industries such as computer manufacturing, medical information technology, semiconductor manufacturing, retail, and banking and finance.
Kevin joined Walmart in 2012 in the Information Systems Division (ISD) where he managed multiple teams and projects, including building out a business analyst function and organization. Prior to joining Walmart, Kevin oversaw the successful integration of Wachovia Bank into the Wells Fargo portfolio. His corporate leadership experience began at Dell Computer where he rose through the organization to the position of Chief of Staff for Dell’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). His professional background includes several high-leverage consulting assignments overseeing ERP implementations, several merger integration programs, SOX program implementations, and initializing program management offices.
Kevin lives in Cave Springs, Arkansas with his wife and son where they are passionately working to create their own sustainable family farm.
