As Vice President of Commercial Platforms, Justin Arnold is responsible for all consumer insights led initiatives to reinforce and accelerate his client’s strategic growth plans through data and personalization. He leads a cross-functional team of consultants, analysts, and customer communications subject matter experts.
Arnold has held multiple roles since joining the company in 2005. He was promoted to his current role in 2016 after serving as Vice President of Media Platforms, where he led the transition from legacy to a new customer-centric environment – propelling 84.51°’s capabilities within the media space.
Arnold holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Miami University (Ohio). Outside of the office, he enjoys experiencing new places with his wife and three children and serving his community as a volunteer firefighter.
